“We feel VERY fortunate to have met and been able to work with Abi. We liked her immediately and then grew to trust and be impressed by her work. What jumped out to us right away was how familiar she was with the Puerto Vallarta and Bucerias areas, as she had lived there for most of her life. This was impressively apparent with how the staff of the sellers treated her. She knew and had worked with many of them, and they clearly liked and respected her. As such, we got a really good sampling of the real-estate we were interested in and enjoyed ourselves while doing so. So we knew right away she would be our real-estate agent and were able find a property we wanted to buy fairly quickly. Abi was very easy to get in touch with throughout the process of buying and worked with a team of people who also helped us to feel confident about what we were doing throughout. Abi also went above and beyond our expectations, taking her own time outside of the time we agreed to to help us. This experience not only helped us throughout the process of buying a home, but solidified our wanting to move to Mexico. We don't fall in love with a place if we don't love the people, and Abi and her team helped us to know we were moving to a special place.
